This is supported by state of the art warehousing facilities for storage of food (dry, frozen & confectionery) and non food categories in the Capital region covering 6,500 sq. mtrs and 4 warehouses in the interiors covering 4,500 sq. mtrs with a strong fleet of temperature controlled distribution vehicles to ensure efficient and timely delivery.
Remote connectivity across all locations, supported by well laid IT systems & processes enables us to facilitate the entire process of demand planning and ordering to final product delivery to our valued customers. Outbound deliveries go through a system of stringent checks and careful picking of orders maintaining FIFO system compliance.
The in house co-packing facility at Central warehouse in Ghala (Muscat) supports marketing and promotional tie-ins.
